It's obvious the focus for this EP is based on sampled news broadcasts that have been creatively butchered in all manner of possibilities. For me, this is a good example of sculpting and nurturing raw sound sources into a completed product (even a decidedly harsh one!). KoF's stated software appears to be minimal: "Audacity, Usine, and various tools for phonetic manipulation." Best listened to with (or as a replacement for) a strong cup...
